1. Educate Plus NSW / ACT Summit 23 – 24 October 2025

What a great Educate Plus NSW / ACT Chapter Summit at the Novotel Sydney Olympic Park last week! 

Special thanks to Yvette Graniero and her organising committee for what I felt was probably the best Educate Plus Summit I have attended (not trying to sound like Juan Antonio Samaranch and the Sydney Olympics)!

Spectrum Analysis was both a sponsor and exhibitor and I had the opportunity to speak on a subject I feel has great relevance to most of the attendees, future student demographics. 

Schools cannot assume that the strong growth in student enrolments we have seen in non-Government schools in recent years will automatically continue. I believe we will see a decline in school age students in many areas, especially high socio-economic areas in many cities across Australia. This is also backed up by the ABS population projections we use across Australia and will be revealed in detail in our upcoming White Paper.
