1. ACARA Data Analysis for Schools
Peter Buckingham has analysed the data released in March 2023 by the Australian Curriculum, Assessment and Reporting Authority (ACARA) for schools in the Independent, Catholic and Government Sectors by State across Australia. The analysis includes two specific example reports on an Independent School in Sydney and a Catholic School in Melbourne. 

The data for over 9,000 schools across Australia has also been added to the Spectrum Analysis Australia GeoMapping Plus Product for more detailed analysis and mapping services provided by our amazing team of GIS analysts. Enquiries are most welcome!

2. ASBA Presentation ‘Hope is not a Strategy’ and Publication ‘Business Etiquette’
Peter Buckingham provided a workshop for the Association of School Business Administrators (ASBA) on 11 May 2023 on ‘Hope is not a Strategy – Making data based decisions for the development of your school,’ and looked at why demographics and other information can assist you in making better business decisions for your school. The webinar is available to ASBA members via the Members section of the ASBA website https://asba.asn.au.
